Content use policy

These terms govern Pictwirl at pictwirl.com, operated by Wangjinyu as an individual in mainland China. They cover our digital image tools, inputs, generated outputs and accounts, together with the Content Use Policy and Privacy Policy linked on this page.

7. Content standards: six prohibited categories

The six categories below are prohibited in prompts, uploads, outputs and service use. Also prohibited are terrorism, threats, self-harm encouragement, fraud, harassment, illegal conduct, malicious automation and safety evasion. Do not portray real people as making statements, taking actions or appearing in fabricated events that did not happen. No celebrity or political impersonation. Consent does not make prohibited face replacement or deepfake features permissible.

  1. Pornography / NSFW: nudity, sexual acts, sexualized imagery and private intimate material.
  2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, bloodshed, torture or promotion of physical violence.
  3. Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization or incitement against protected groups.
  4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming or sexualization of minors, including synthetic depictions.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: identity replacement, face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes or false statements/actions of real people, even with consent.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized protected characters, logos, works, misleading brand uses or removal of rights information.

8. Moderation and reporting

Enabled generation requires a Waffo Prompt Sift allow verdict before the image provider is called, followed by operator review before output viewing or download. Blocked, review-pending, failed or missing checks do not bypass release controls. Missing screening credentials pause generation. Rules and safety logs support review; this is not a claim of perfect classification, universal real-time image analysis or a 24/7 team. There is no public user gallery. Report content to the support email with task ID/result URL, category, reason and relevant rights information. Do not email illegal images, child-abuse material, identity documents or payment credentials. The operator triages, checks available evidence, records a decision, restricts access when appropriate and informs relevant parties where lawful. Critical child-safety or credible threat reports are prioritized. We aim to acknowledge other reports within 2 business days; review time depends on evidence and we explain material delays. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

9. Enforcement, responsibility and appeals

We may warn, block requests, restrict access to an individual output, suspend creation access, close an account for serious or repeated breaches, remove content under our control, or cooperate with competent authorities where legally required. There are currently no purchased credits to confiscate. We cannot recall downloads or independently controlled provider copies; removal requests may require their assistance. Keep access restrictions while evidence is reviewed when necessary, and notify the account holder when lawful. Appeal by email within 30 days with the task/account reference and explanation; the operator reconsiders the evidence, corrects mistaken decisions and aims to respond within 10 business days. Users are responsible for unlawful inputs and must remedy their breach and legally recoverable loss they cause; no automatic contractual fine or blanket waiver of rights is imposed.
